They went above and beyond to make things happen very knowledgeable and know their craft. You can talk to him like a brother but has a professional knowledge to get the deal done also.

Thanks Jordan! We just want to talk to you the way we'd want someone to talk to us---the facts, no sugar coating. We're happy we got you to the closing table! Teri & Neal
What I loved the most when working with NSS what they extreme reactivity, the high level of service quality and their desire to see us succeed

Thank you so much Mathis!! We don't typically want to be reactive, rather proactive is our #1 goal, but as long as we get you to the closing table that's really what matters and that we did! Now go get that place rehabbed and get it done quickly! 😊 We'll be ready when you come back! Teri & Neal
Neal and Teri are amazing!! Pretty sure any issue that could come up, came up. They walked me through every step and provided any/all support that was required. If you need any type of lending reach out to NSS!!

What could have gone wrong, did go wrong--no doubt about that! Incomplete corporate documents that we made, missing EIN that were found, last minute banking that we worked our way through, to name a few! 😁 We've said it before, and we'll say it again, what's the fun if everything was a breeze. Challenges make our jobs interesting and so much more fulfilling when we make it to the finish line. You were a rock star through it all! We're ready for another ride! Thanks for everything! Teri & Neal
Neal and Teri are the best at what they do. I appreciate their dedication, knowledge, patience, and always being a call away. When the other lenders couldn't do it, they did and that's why they will always get our business.

Thanks Kurt!!!! We're doing our best over here to get-r-done! 🤣 If we didn't have a couple challenges here and there, this job would get boring. LOL. We look forward to working with you on all your projects. Keep 'em coming! Teri & Neal
NSS was a lifesaver. As a Canadian investor, we had many doors of lending close on us, but thanks to Neal and Teri's herculean efforts, we were sorted out, as they got us a lender in the U.S. willing to fund our deal. Their responses were always very prompt. They kept us up to speed and had a very positive outlook that gave us hope. Would 100% use them again. Many thanks for helping us close our first U.S deal.

Thank you Olu!!! We LOVE working with our Canadian investors! Super happy you came to us because we're pretty darn good at closing those loans (if we do say so ourselves 😁) Let's hope this one is the first of many for you! Teri & Neal
Neal and Teri are the go to people when looking for property loans. They are well connected, they have the expertise and they are fast. I definitely recommend!

We have worked with Neal and Terry for about a year and a half . They have helped us with about 6 deals and went extra mile to help us get out of a jamb . Highly recommend.

Thanks Andy--yep, a bit of a jam for sure, but if everything went smoothly our job would get boring. 🤣 What's the saying 'A Smooth Sea, Never Made A Skilled Sailor'. We want our customers to come to us with the tough ones too, but you need to be prepared for a bit of a wild ride. Can wait to do the next one! Teri & Neal
These guys are experts in their field, super informative, and work extremely fast to accomplish the objective at a speedy manner.
