Ray is easily the best management employees, he gave me a protected link that usually people have to pay for, for free no charge. DEFINITELY recommend Novonode

I have been a client of Novonode for just over a year now, and never once have been disappointed in the product quality or support. Just recently I purchased the wrong type of VPS, contacted support without knowing this, and was fully informed without even a hint of insult being thrown towards me. I was given a package upgrade to the one which suits me for the first month completely free of charge. The prices offered here are way lower than you would expect for the quality of support. Highly recommended.

hey everyone, I've been using Novonode for a while now and came here to leave my experience for anyone planning on getting a server with them Me and a friend got a very good offer for a minecraft server and honestly we were pretty hesitant at first just because they aren't very well known yet, and u never know what ur gonna get with new hosts these days haha, but it totally paid off because the staff were incredibly helpful with setting things up, they were super friendly and active on top of the massive demand they had going on during their offer times (they drop these offers once in a while, which makes their price range literally unmatched) the panel is pterodactyl and personally I prefer it way over other panels out there the performance has been super smooth and everything is working great so far with no annoying lag spikes while we play which is honestly a relief, with the huge amount of memory we got in the offer they even hooked us up and gave us extra sub servers and databases on top of what was actually offered on the webpage if ur on the fence because u havent heard of them much I highly recommend giving them a shot because they genuinely deliver and the value is crazy good, Imma stop yapping now :d
