Fastest support response ive gotten on any hosting service and my issue wasnt even the servers fault it was my own lol and the prices are really good for the hardware. Id say this is a 9/10 hosting service for minecraft (thats all ive used it for so i wouldnt know other games but im very satisfied compared to other services)
