A loyal customer having second thoughts
Very dissapointed with current service: I ordered the Halo V (presale), about a little more than 6 weeks ago they have taken my money and I STILL have not received my item. No other retail website such as bladehq.com even had the Halo V mentioned or, listed in stock at the time. Now it's been more than a month past and other stores online have them IN STOCK + CHEAPER PRICED and I still did not receive my Halo V from notyourmamasknives.com. I have called them the first couple weeks to ask about the status of the halo v and they said they would have some in stock in 2 weeks. Now they say they are waiting for their stock due due to some type of problem from the Microtech company. They took my money and gave me nothing in about 6 weeks. On top of that they said they can't refund until they send me the item to my house which, is a problem if they charge me with a 20% restocking fee. I am very upset, but if this problem can turn around in better terms, I will reconsider all I said and perhaps change my perception of this store which, I used to be so fond of.
