I would love for it to work, but it does not. I have sent an email to support and I have gotten no response. Don't spend your money! It might work but if you mess up there is no support. What a waste of money!!!

Does not work. Fails almost instantly.

Tried trial version in Win 10. Didn't run and had to install iTunes 12.9 and redownload movies but it now works then doesn't Output provides audio but no video sometimes. Trial time of 1 min too short. Too expensive and better programmes around. Read other reviews before buying.

Won't convert video anymore after latest iTunes update. It's been several months and no fix. Tech support just says they're working on it. Now, my email to them won't go through anymore.

bad program it got some mining virus. i closed the program, and the program still running in background with 2 processes 60% cpu, also there arent basic features in noteburner

Als je macOS Mojave of hoger gebruikt dan is de conversion speed 1x en lijkt zelfs langzamer. Ik vind dat NoteBurner dat van tevoren had mogen vertellen. Ook gaat het ook niet altijd goed met de het overnemen van de ID3 tags in de liedjes.

Terrible customer service. Purchased software through the Noteburner.com and charged to my credit card but no response from Noteburner support nor the billing service Paddle or 2 checkout. Will be canceling through the credit card company. No response from any support center. Good luck dealing with these guys.
