North Haven Tile Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of northhaventilewallingford.com

The installation was excellent. It was done quickly and perfectly. BUT In terms of customer service with North Haven Tile, it was really disappointing. We would email or leave phone messages and the rep would not call or email back sometimes until we followed up a week later. Never any acknowledgment of oops I never got back to you. One email was never answered to this day, yet of course I got a call to collect our money. Will not use them again.

My husband and I were very happy with the superior customer service and high quality of the product. Natalie walked us both through the process and made buying a breeze. We are very happy with the area rugs that we purchased and we will definitely be back for more flooring options in the future! Thank you North Haven Tile Carpet One of Wallingford.

The experience with North Haven Tile was excellent. Diane was very helpful explaining the different products of hardwood flooring available and which was best suitable for us. The entire process from product selection, logistics planning and installation was outstanding. Diane and the team were always available to answer questions on a timely basis. The floor looks great! Thank you.

Natalie was fantastic helping me pick out a samples to bring home to my wife. This time it only took 2 tries. A multiyear quest is over. Juan and his installation team did a great job. He actually took the time to point out some areas needing fixing and with my OK did the fixes. The floor looks great and the install team left the kitchen spotless. Kudos to all at North Haven Tile Carpet One!

I am very pleased with the installation of the new flooring in my cottage. The process was not at all disruptive and the installers completed the job faster than I had hoped. I would definitely use North Haven Tile again.
