Very fast in getting any reponse, very easy to work on its website and easy access to underwriters or Customer Services.

I haven't had that much interaction with Normandy, however recently spoke with Greta and we also requested some information from her. She is very knowledgeable and responds in a timely manner.

Have only been with Normandy for 4 months but so far I have not had any issues or concerns.
