Nord AssistReviews of nordassist.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nord Assist has been an invaluable resource for our business as we continue to grow. Their virtual assistants are reliable, capable, and easy to work with, and their HighLevel experts have been especially helpful in supporting our client accounts and handling more technical builds and implementations. Having their team as an extension of ours has allowed us to take on more clients and scale without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Nord Assist! Their customer service was exceptional, and their constant communication made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I always knew what was happening and genuinely felt like a top priority. Their team was responsive, attentive, and truly cared about delivering a great experience. I highly recommend them!

I have been working with Nord for the past three months, and I am extremely pleased with the progress and support they have provided. Once they moved beyond the initial learning curve — which took approximately two weeks — they began to truly understand my business, vision, and overall direction. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to supporting MY business have exceeded my expectations. Because of the positive experience and results, I have recently hired an additional VA and plan to bring on a third team member in June/July. I am more than satisfied with the quality of their work and look forward to continuing to grow with their support.

Highly recommend! We recommend! We’ve had a very positive experience with this staffing agency. Our initial placement wasn’t the right fit. Nord Assist, listened to our needs, the team was responsive and quickly resolved the issue by providing a replacement. Since then, we’ve been working with Talha, and he has exceeded expectations in every way. He is dependable, consistent, and produces excellent work. Having someone we can rely on has made a significant difference in our operations. So much so we initiated a Christmas bonus (though not required)! We couldn’t be happier. We needed the help and we are very thankful. We really appreciate the agency’s professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit. Highly recommend.
