Overpriced garbage. DO NOT BUY! 3 zips have ripped. Can barely open the bag anymore. Emailed multiple times regarding warranty claim and refund. No one responds.

Horrendous customer service. Rather no customer service. No human being to talk to No one responds to emails. At £350 a bag you would expect better. Do they really expect people to buy with such atrocious customer service. Still waiting for my replacement / return.

This is no longer a functioning company. I have been a customer for years, but I will no longer be one. Not only do you have to contact them just to get your order shipped, but once you receive it, it will be incorrect. I have tried contacting them to get the correct items, but they are ignoring me. I even offered to ship back the wrong item at my own expense, but they won't even acknowledge my email. Don't bother with Nomatic, you will just be frustrated and disappointed.

I have a trip coming up and ordered a 35L bag but received a PM CUBE PACK! when I collected the delivery my first initial thought was this is small because all online unboxing came in a big box, soo disappointed and I'm not sure if they will be able to deliver my bag on time for my trip.

Happy to change this review accordingly to what I WILL receive. So, ordered a backpack in time for my weekend trip. The shipping on the website says 1/3 days. Ordered 7 days in adavance. Backpack seemed to be on the road the day after. Super excited about that. 4 days later I check the app “shop” that was suggested on the checkout page and the tracking was non existing. I checked with the customer service and after I day they got back to me giving me a DHL tracking that I was able to track and set a collection date few days after. The tracking is saying for the last 76 hours that it’s out for delivery. DHL saying that the parcel is not in their system. What the hell? Customer service disappeared, no answer in 3 days. 300£ bag and this is the customer service that I get? Come on! Oh, yeah no bag has arrived yet…

They remove all negative reviews from their website, so you cannot get honest and varied customer feedback. I just wrote a 2-star review with details on the pluses and minuses of the bag I ordered. I verified my review and when I go back to their website, my review is not there (which is doubly irritating because I took the time to write a detailed review). In fact, 0 of 248 reviews of this item are lower than 4 stars. They clearly remove any reviews that are less than 4 stars. In addition, they do not have free returns. They charge a handling fee and shipping charges on the return that is not disclosed well at the time of purchase nor on the product page. You would have to go to FAQs.

Customer service is deplorable. They took more than 2 months to assess my claim and the solution to fix the bag is to pay the shipping costs to send the backpack from Portugal to the US, which just that is worth more than 25% of the backpack current value. Really disappointed with Nomatic and I will not buy anything from them ever again.

AVOID this company! Zero customer service! No customer phone / text / email accessible. Even my order number is not recognized. I bought the bag from costco next as I trusted costco but it's totally independent from costco and no support at well. And there's NO way you can return.
