Greg and NA are an invaluable resource to any community or organization. Empowerment is the word. Some of the training we went thru helped me find meaning in my work and who I am as a person/how I contribute. A no brainer if you’re considering their services or partnership in any capacity.

Our office went through the Six Working Geniuses, and it really helped us to understand the dynamics of all of our employees to better align and assist each other. It really helped me understand what makes every tick, their motivations, and how to best implement that in our every day activities.

As a small construction company, it is vital that we find reliable business who are willing to help us grow, succeed, and challenge us to develop our employees. Working with No Alumni to help us hire an additional employee was a great decision. Greg introduced us to The Six Working Genius Assessment and we completed it. It gave us a clear picture of what type of person would be a good fit for our business. We have since hired an administrative assistant and she has been such a great asset to our physical therapy practice. Thank you No Alumni for helping us hire differently!
