Excellent sales and service team.

I want to thank the team over at NJA for their professionalism and getting us some great projectors. We needed 10 casio projectors at the Hilton in virginia beach and initally they were hard to get. i checked out NJA and saw some unfavorable comments along with some positives ones so i gave them a try and I was very please with the level of service and support we had when purchasing these units. About 3 months ago, one of the units stop working and i contacted Casio but they were very hard to deal with for the repairs. So I called NJA and ask for assistance. They immedtaily got me an RMA and I was able to return the defective unit. About 15-20 days later , i got a working replacement unit. That's what I called service in my business. My team manages 3 Hiltons hotels in Virginia Beach and I was very impressed. I spoke to the owner , victor, and He explainned and they were a small family business that growing and at times can be challenging with alot of negatives but sounds like they are just trying to do their jobs. Bought a SonyAx53 camcorder and i am totally in love !!! Brand new! Came in the original box!! No complains ! I will surely be using njaccessory for future purchases :)
