I needed two drive cady's to fit a Cisco server & NewServerLife had exactly that, and they beat all other sellers on Ebay by MILES. I would absolutely recommend them as a seller & I would buy again!

Thanks for the review! We’re glad you had a fantastic experience — Sergey will be happy to hear that.
Our server, paid for in December 2025, was successfully racked and brought online in February 2026. While this timeline was much longer than anticipated, due to both unforeseen hardware issues and stock delays, we believe the experience has highlighted areas where communication and logistics can be significantly improved. We are now pleased to confirm the server is fully operational. We view these initial difficulties as growing pains that, once fully addressed, will ensure a much more robust and reliable service. We are confident that by streamlining their onboarding process and tightening up communication, the overall customer experience will improve. We look forward to a smooth and productive partnership moving forward.

Every thing I ordered and any issues we quickly addressed and resolved. Second server I have ordered and was up and running within hours. The first server has a simple issue but was resolved with out any question. Very happy customer!

Excellent experience, great pricing, wonderful support and very responsive working with Evgeniy and the NewServerLife team. Server was shipped with very impressive packaging. All components tested successfully and was built to spec. Will use them again in the future.
