I'm only giving a star because I am…
I'm only giving a star because I am required to. I signed up for a trial but canceled before the trial period was over. HOWEVER, starting in February 2025 they started to charge my credit card $57 every month. Every month I have written to them to please stop charging my card and refund the money. They DO NOT RESPOND. Another month goes by and another charge comes through. I have resorted to leaving messages via their various social media accounts, left messages on YouTube videos for Dr Taylor Marshall's podcast and no response. Emails, no response. I have filed a consumer complaint in both the state of Texas and my home state with the Attorney General's office in both states and went so far as to contact the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. I was able to finally get my credit card company to block them from further charges but I still want my money back. I just want my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. It's a shame because Dr. Marshall is a very knowledgeable theologian but I no longer have any trust in him.
