Don't sell your soul to the devil
Upper management has absolutely no management skills and cluelessly, tries to micromanage the property managers and staff. They make a lot of money from ripping residents off and they made commitments they couldn't or wouldn't keep to vendors and residents. Don't sell your soul to the devil. You are better than this company!
