About New Empire Digital

New Empire Digital (NED) is not just a digital agency; it is a specialized architectural firm for the modern entrepreneur. Founded by Josue Santiago, the company was born from a singular, powerful conviction: every business deserves a foundation that cannot be shaken. Rooted in the principle of Luke 6:48, we serve visionaries across the state of Florida and nationwide, specializing in the "Day-Zero" moment—the critical point where a founder’s dream meets the digital reality. We recognize that for new business owners, the digital landscape can feel like shifting sand. Our mission is to provide the stone, the steel, and the logic required to build an empire that lasts. At the heart of New Empire Digital is a commitment to technical sovereignty and automated authority. We don't just "build websites"; we engineer proprietary business engines. We reach out to the bold—the new business owners, the recovery housing founders, and the local pioneers—to ensure they are not just "online," but dominant in their territory. Through Josue Santiago's leadership, NED has pioneered the "Digital Landlord" model, providing accessible entry points for startups while delivering the high-level AI logic and neural networks typically reserved for global corporations. We believe that a business’s digital footprint should be its strongest asset, not its greatest headache. By bridging the gap between ancient principles of integrity and futuristic AI innovation, New Empire Digital empowers founders to stop chasing leads and start managing growth. Whether you are launching your first location in Miami or scaling a network across the country, Josue Santiago and the NED crew are dedicated to ensuring your business is findable, functional, and formidable. We don't just help you join the market; we help you command it.

Josh is an exceptional person and truly…

Josh is an exceptional person and truly knows his work. He has been my consultant for the past two years, and he has never once disappointed me. Just recently, I had a major issue that took nearly three hours to resolve. Over the past three weeks, I’ve had multiple problems with my printer, and twice we spent almost two hours working through them. Through all of it, Josh was incredibly patient. He is so skilled and trustworthy that I even paid him to come to my home so he could set up everything I needed for my business electronics and networking. He connected every device, made sure everything worked smoothly, and took the time to show us how to handle things on our own if we couldn’t reach him. That meant a lot. Over time, we’ve become friends. Josh and his wife are a devoted Christian family, and he plays musical instruments in his church band. I think that’s wonderful and adds to who he is — he’s not just a tech guy; he’s a genuinely good person. Josh and his wife are truly special people.

Hi Cathy, thank you so much for those incredibly kind and thoughtful words! It truly touched my heart to read this. 🥹 It has been an absolute pleasure serving as your consultant, and I’m so glad we could get your business electronics and networking exactly where they need to be. 💻🛡️ Technical issues can be so frustrating, but I appreciate your patience and the trust you’ve placed in me through every 2-3 hour sessions! Beyond the tech support, I truly value the friendship we’ve developed. 🤝 My wife and I are so grateful for your support and for recognizing the things most important to us, like our faith and our church family. 🎸🙏✨ I am so inspired by your vision, and I look forward to continue building your empire through TomCat's Place for Sober Transitional Living. It is a true honor to play a part in such a life-changing mission. Thank you for being a wonderful friend and partner! God bless you Cathy & Tom! 😊✨
