I’ll try to be brief…terrible company and sub standard product. Their product is not cheap, but I’d get the same results from lesser priced product. I bought several of their diffusers, all in the same scent. I can understand why they would not fragrance a large room, but I put one in a small bathroom. Even with the door closed overnight the scent is barely noticeable. Also had a problem returning pura wall diffusers which do not fit the Nest apparatus. They initially wanted to give me a credit instead of a refund. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
