I'm a one time customer of the Nerds on Call, That will not happen again. My laptop was suppose to be fixed and have 2-3 virus's removed. The Tech did NOT remove one virus from my laptop he only so to speak scratched the surface. My laptop is still extremely slow to turn on or even access the internet. $149.00 for a wireless remote bandaid was not worth it, I don't recommend this company or service to anyone after my experience.

This company continues to impress. I paid them for a 30 day audit and analysis of my desk top system. They use logmein and cleaned up all of my mistakes and bad settings. now my system and apps work just how I want them to work. About 2 weeks after our initial session I deleted something that blocked me from using my browser and email. Justin jumped in and fixed it all perfectly. Considering $27 a month on going service contract.
