the videos nemo generated are good, but they say with each plan a pay as you go option is available, but if you want to buy more credits you only can buy a more expensive monthly plan, but you cannot buy extra credits as promised. Also the video generation costs a lot of credits, and you cannot see in front how much. Also, no customer service is reachable.

I purchased this product because I ran out of tokens. I created my first video, but the changes it made were minimal. I also couldn’t export it in high quality. The editing features are very poor, and the customer service is nonexistent. I had no way to file a complaint or request a refund. This feels like a scam, and I do not recommend it.
