I've been a customer of ND Products for a couple years now and I've loved their products. I first bought the Smart Swab and earlier this year I tried the new Ear-O-Care" both products are super comfortable and easy to use. They've always shipped out my product the same day if not the next so their customer service never disappoints. If you haven't you should definitely give them a try!
