They are scammer.I bought a product 36 days ago. It looks like a Dutch company with a Dutch bank account but it's Chinese. They sent a few times order update and the link always give same info and looks like it arrived to NL 16 days ago but nothing came. I asked many times to cancel and reimbursement but they refuse. Don't buy anything from this website. THEY ARE SCAMMER
