I was asking for the refund policy

I was asking for the refund policy on the non returnable items and this is how it went 😭. “ I don’t know what you are talking about. What is your order number stop being so cryptic this isn’t smuggling we are a small business. Give me your order number ” so I replied “ 😭😭I’m not being cryptic I’m just asking a simple question, what language do you speak I can make it easier for you to understand I’ll put it into Google translate. I’m asking will I get a refund if my item is damaged because I am looking to buy an item from you that is “non returnable” so I’m asking if it happens to be damaged will I get a refund?” he replies with “ Go buy elsewhere. Go back and read your sh!t ( had to put ! So it’s not inappropriate) and tell me am I being weird or are you. All supplements are refundable if unopened and you follow the procedure. You’re just a glorified time waster and we aren’t interested in selling to you. Thanks” so I replied Are you having a mid life crisis or something 😭😭why are you so angry what I’ve been asking is very simple and easily understandable “ Quite an unusual company

Nothing more than a scammer. There is nothing that hurts companies more than a useless person. Who gets the product and files a chargeback. This people has done this on two websites of our now and we see the pattern, its the best way possible to keep his dollars in his pockets. It wont last long. Its always the foreign countries buyers that have these type of stories because they know can get away with it because they are across the globe. Don't worry we forgive you we hope your bank finally recognizes the pattern and see that your nothing more than a fradulent kid.
