These pools SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! bucket of rust.... had to replace so many parts from the start...STAY AWAY FROM THESE POOLS... CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK

Namco took my order knowing well that the item ordered was not in stock. They never informed me of the backlog and just kept saying the item was being prepared for pickup. That never happened. I had to finally call them a week later for a cancellation notice and refund. Poor customer communication.

The ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER of buying any product. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought this pool in February and was promised installation in May.. not only didn’t happen, no phone call-no show!! 10K pool and am getting the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE. The customer service agents will put you on hold for 20+ minutes only to come back to the line and have the wrong information, I am appalled by the treatment plan f this company.. considering hiring an attorney for the time I was off of work due to installation not happening and not even the decency to call and cancel. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Do not buy here as you will regret 😡😡😡😡😡

I purchased a Pool back in April. The delivery time was fantastic. With a week I had a pallet of boxes in my driveway. Soon afterwards I received an email stating "one of the parts might be the wrong size so DO NOT install the pool without checking". Since confirming the wrong parts I have waited over a month for the replacement parts, been given contradicting information from Customer Service Reps, Fed Ex has now lost the replacement parts and I'm now told "we need time to let Fed Ex investigate the delivery and then we need time to figure out how we can solve this" all the while Namco has been enjoying my $2300. This process has been frustrating to say the least with complete lack of correct information coming from Namco. This whole process has been sorely bungled by your company.

I ordered a pool back on 4/19/21 which was in stock and to be delivered 5/14/21, as of today (6/7/21) still have no date for delivery. Also noticed that when I purchased they never took off the discount. When you call customer service they will send you to voicemail and not return your call. I found if you hang up and call back you have a better chance to talk to someone. Not a great experience!!!! Update 6/21/2021 Got a reply on 6/18 from customer service asking me to email my contact info & order # to customer service, but the email came back undeliverable; "saying they only accept emails from people in its organization". Tried to call but got sent directly to vm, lol SURPRISE! Update 7/8/21 Was told on 6/24 that the warehouse was going to call me between 6/30 thru 7/7 to set up delivery. NO CALL! Talked to customer service today and delivery is now scheduled between 7/14 thru 7/20. I am absolutely beyond frustrated with Namco Pools!! Update 7/15 CANCELED POOL!!!! Was told they still can't give me a delivery date, maybe pushed out to first week in August. Worst experience ever! What a waste of time!

TERRIBLE customer service. I have called multiple times to get issues regarding my pool resolved. Every time a person would say "I'll find out for you and call you by the end of the day." Guess what?!?! NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK. They sent me the chlorinator that comes with the accessory package I purchased, with no cartridges for the chlorinator. There is NO instructions of how to set any of this stuff up. I have leaks everywhere from the fittings that came with the pool. I would love to get replacement parts, but NO ONE calls me back. I talked to Karen 2 weeks ago, and she still hasn't called me back. BUY ANYWHERE BUT NAMCO. You are only a number and a dollar sign to them

If I could give no stars I would. Namco is the absolute worst pool company to deal with. The most unprofessional managers. We bought a pool feb 2020, pre covid. A resin footing broke. We contacted them to PURCHASE a new part. Every time we cal they are rude, hang up or say they will call us back. This is the Albany NY store and also the customer service for the whole company. Spend a little extra and go some where else!

I was sent the wrong parts for my pool and it has now been a month since it was installed. I had to call multiple different stores before I was directed to corporate. I called every day multiple times a day and was told by every rep they would call me back before the end of the day or would receive an email with an update whether it be good or bad. Never once did a rep get back to me and I had to fight tooth and nail to hear anything. The parts will be here the 2nd week of June or so they say. I have 0 faith and would not recommend Namco to anyone ever. What a terrible experience. I have an unfinished unsafe pool and have had it for over a month, all while being dicked around by corporate. What a joke
