The young sales associate was quite knowledgeable about hot tub chemicals. He also had a pleasant personality.

The staff is very knowledgeably. And answer all my questions

Very pleased with your assistance in purchasing pump and filter for my pool. Almost time to open. I will be in for chemicals and water testing. Thanks again.

Thank you for keeping us well equipped, please keep chemicals reasonable, thank you John

friendly staff. Great choices of pool and supplies.

Diane was the most amazing, helpful and professional sales person. She answered all our question with a smile and helped us pick out the perfect pool. If everyone had the customer service skills that Diane has, this world would be a happier place. I would definitely recommend NAMCO to anyone looking to have a pool installed.
