I would have given 5 stars but the coupon code your site gave me to save $100 on my purchase wouldn't work. Someone needs to fix that.

The site was easy to use but I had just gotten a promo code (NAMCO2021)for $100 off our pool order and it didn’t work when I was checking out. That was disappointing.

Easy checkout however I was offered a $100 off coupon that wouldn't work during check out. Hoping to have it applied to my order after reaching out in an email. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

We purchased our pool on cyber Monday and got an amazing deal. We still have not received our pool however. I did email you and received a response saying that a few items weee not in stock which is why it has not been shipped yet. Otherwise everything is good.

The costumer service rep was wonderful. Unfortunately from the beginning. My order was not shipped. I had to call several times. The product did not work. So not so good for me. (stormy weather took it out)
