I'm am very upset I ordered a pool liner june 15 and it is july 5th a d have not yet received it I called and they don't know if it out of stock or some other issue i feel i should have got an email or a phone call. Know I have to call and if so they want to refund me I need a liner not my money let's see what happens. I'm very upset..

I received a $25 off code the same day I placed an order and when I tried applying it, it kept stating invalid code. Disappointing

Your website is not user friendly! No where can I find anything about shipping times??? In the check out there is no place to put your Namco credit card! Customers like to know approximately when their order will be shipping!

I had no problem ordering and even got a discount after the fact, which was a nice surprise. However, I have sent two emails and I tried to chat on your website regarding order status and have received no response.

There are quick to answer and usually have items in stock. MY complaint is that when I went to sell my house the ladder was not to code and I needed an alarm. The correct ladder should have been sold to me initially. So the first ladder was an unnecessary expense and I also had to get rid of it.

Last year i came to get a jug to pour in my pool and it cost me 29.00 , then next time a needed one i went to islander pools and they were 10.00 cheaper then u and i jug that was given to me had leaked on the lid that unscrews.will not buy that again from ur store which is to bad. For years i went to the latham store , now u r close to me on central ave.

Good customer service. Always have the products I need. However whenever I try to use my loyalty points they say they don't know how many I have or they can't apply it to my balance and that I have to check on line. Why can't they just see how many points I have and apply it to my balance? They also say they expire year over year. So if I don't get them applied, I lose them every year.
