Namco PoolsReviews of namcopool.com

i love Namco thank you

They were extremely helpful and attentive. Had everything I needed and more.

Have bought 3 pools over the years from Namco and have been very happy with all . Get my chemicals there when I am near albany, wish we had one in vermont.

Everyone that I’ve met at Namco was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable on whatever we need to purchase.

purchased a chaise lounge. Wanted another but the store did nothave one. The Associate took the time to find one for us in another Namco location.

Chris and Ray were great to deal with when I was buying a hot tub, shopped 3 other brands and they were hands down the most informative, knew their product and made me feel at ease going with Jacuzzi. After the hot tub was delivered and set up I had to reach out several times for some advice/ help and they got right back to me and helped out, I'm also in sales and they hit all the marks and provided a great customer experience

Great service at their Southington CT store.

Love our pool and love Namco- seamless from purchase to installation
