The price for the pool heater was the lowest I could find. The on-line ordering procedure was straight forward and convenient. I inquired about an expedited delivery, and I was answered immediately. I was told 7-10 days, but they would try to speed up the delivery. About one hour after I placed my order on-line, Namco called to inform me that I would receive the heater the next day (less than 24 hours). The heater was actually delivered the following morning. The delivery personnel were polite and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with at Namco were professional, friendly and accommodating.

Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!! Thank you Karen and the whole team for making our oasis a happy place again, we’re very grateful. They had the pump I needed for my pool but the check out was nothing but trouble. Still have great service.
