People who work at NAMCO are always helpful and friendly. However, they need more workers.

Price / value has been good to excellent. Only issue is that some items are not available at end of season (I understand why). Also, I sold my house and removed my above ground pool. Please remove me from your subscription list

We purchased an above ground pool to replace a weather destroyed model. The process was reasonably efficient and the team did a good job with the removal and install. They were in-and-out in a day and the pool was ready for swimming by the next afternoon. I thought we'd be without a pool all season but the turn-around was 2-3 weeks so we recovered a few weeks of the Northeast swim season.

I’ve never had a bad experience but I feel like there is nobody ever around to ask for help when looking for chemicals
