I placed an order in August, it is now October & I still haven't received my order of $60. I've called a dozen times, but no one answers. I've emailed six times, but no response. Looks like I've been ripped off, what a waste of my time & effort. I will obviously not order from Nakpunar again. Not sure how they stay in business

I have tried to call and email many times about my return of an inaccurately described item. The company does not answer the phone or respond to emails.

I have shopped here many times and each time I am happy to open my carefully prepared package. I have never had any problems so far and I definitely recommend it. I would also like to thank Ms. Nellie; she is a very helpful lady and patiently answered all my questions.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect size and great quality! I bought these 4 oz amber glass bottles to store my homemade hair oil, and they are just perfect. The glass is thick and sturdy, and the dark color helps protect the oil from sunlight. The caps fit tightly, and there’s no leakage at all. They look professional and beautiful for a small business product. I’ll definitely order more! thank you Nieve ! mamanahairoil

Beautiful jars and they are as described. However, the website indicates the lids I ordered would fit the jars and they do not. When I kindly reached out for explanation and asked about returning the lids I received no reply. After 3 days, I emailed again and received no reply. I called and explained the situation and was told it was my fault and I could return the item at my expense.
