Placed on order for the Eagles Super Bowl ring was told it would be shipped within 2 weeks. It’s no over 2 weeks and I have been keeping an eye on the shipping and it doesn’t make sense. Now, the latest update I got is the postage wasn’t paid for. The contact number is invalid. Due to their refund policy once the order is shipped it’s no longer in their hands.

I recently posted a review about Myringos, these people are scammers they did not state anything about the eagles Superbowl ring being on preorder. This bogus company is a scam and you could read the reviews. They have scammed a lot of people and they still haven't issued my refund! the phone numbers they posted is disconnected they never responded to my email, they only responded to the review. The reason for this is so they could keep taking advantage of people .

Hello, We have reviewed your order and can confirm it was placed on August 30th. Today is September 5th. As clearly stated in the product description, this item is on pre-sale and scheduled to ship in the coming weeks. Following your interaction with us, we have canceled your order and issued a full refund. We remain committed to transparency and ensuring our customers receive accurate information about their purchases.
Ordered two Eagles Superbowl Rings one from 2017 season (which said was in stock) and the new 2024 which was a preorder. Many many weeks later I received the order Tracking info said both ring were delivered. Great !! But when I opened the package there was only one ring and one box. 2017 season SB Ring. I tried calling to figure out what happened to the other ring but that was a joke ! Don’t even trying calling the phone numbers do not work. I think they just put them there to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside so you can feel if you have a problem you can speak with someone. NOT ! 1st red flag !! After many email attempts I finally got a response that stated the 2nd ring was still being made to insure accuracy and quality. Ok fine now I know the 2nd ring didn’t ship yet just have to wait a little bit longer, Fine but why did it take so long for the first ring to arrive when it was in stock? Whatever at least I got it. So after trying on the ring it was very tight so I decided I wanted to exchange it for the next size up. Big mistake! Again i sent many emails asking how can I exchange for a bigger size and to send the other ring that hadn’t been shipped yet in a bigger size as well. Again no responses to my emails after many attempts. Well weeks later I did in fact receive the 2nd Ring with the size I ordered. My fault for ordering the wrong size however the Eagles 2024 season SB ring is so bad I don’t think I could give it away. The wings do not open and there is no button to press! Not a real replica !! Not even going to try to return or try to exchange for a bigger size they probably won’t respond to your emails anyway. Do yourself a favor order from someone else. Not worth your time plus you will be very disappointed if you want the new Eagles Superbowl Ring. I guess I can’t be too upset at least I got them poor quality and all which is better than what happened to other people .. but very bad customer service and communication.

Hello, Your order was shipped in two packages (tracking: 9400111105495313910379 and 9400111105495313645103), both confirmed delivered by USPS. For exchanges, we can only send a replacement or refund once the original ring is returned to our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.
Scam Warning! I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles 2025 Super Bowl ring replica on July 20th. They kept saying it was a “pre-order,” but now it’s August 11th and it hasn’t even shipped! Every time I contact them, they just say they’re “looking into it” — no tracking, no item, no refund. Don’t waste your money with these scammers!

Took my money and never got item. Been promised refund that has never happened. They gave a USA address but it's out of UK and a bogus phone number. If you notice, all the positive reviews which aren't many...they respond to, the negative ones where they scam you...they don't. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!@@

I have had no success trying to contact anyone. Their phone doesn't work i have sent around 10 emails with no success. I bought a Dodgers world series ring that looks nothing like the picture. I've been trying to get a refund and they don't reply.

Tracking Number : 9400136208265113933002 Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:44 pm on April 28, 2025 in RIVERSIDE, CA 92505.
It’s been a week and a half since I’ve requested a return. The item sent did not match what was on the website. I’ve been emailing back and forth, sending pictures “having to reassure” that I do want a refund… and they keep stalling on helping me with my return. They even tried offering me a partial refund instead of a full! This is ridiculous, worst customer service ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
