i order two tests and sent them in and only got the results back for one test

Fast results, but I wish there were more resources available to help customers make changes in their pets diets. Some of the results can be overwhelming and even after contacting customer service, I am left not knowing where to start. It would be great if we were provided with alternatives or suggestions regarding sensitivities.

The price and process are good- I paid $50 and sent my dogs hair sample off. A little over a week later I got my results back. The report was somewhat helpful. I would have appreciated more details regarding the specific items that were tested. For my dog specifically, she is highly sensitive to Beef fat apparently. But had no other beef came back as a sensitivity. So my question is what exactly about the beef fat was reactive? Why would beef not also come with a result? Another thing tested is “fish meal” and that also came back as highly reactive. I assume this is a bunch of different kinds of fish. But once again, no other fish items came back with a result. No further information about the exact items is provided causing a lot of guess work on the clients end. I would appreciate a smaller list of detailed items and ingredients verses a vague report that leaves a lot of gaps and questions.

I think it was ok. They missed things though. She is very allergic to chicken which wasn’t noted. And other things. I guess it’s ok?

I’m not convinced these results are accurate. The test results came back the same as another reviewer, being that my frenchie is sensitive to sunflower oil, chickpeas, potato and cockroaches!! Most dog foods come with potato in so this doesn’t really help. I’m going to be posting another sample off under a different name and will see if the results come back identical, which of course they should if they are from the same dog!

The test responses were ambiguous, ie Your pet has low d3 and get a supplement for eyes and bones, the next paragraph says to eliminate it from his diet?? Sent an email with no reply. Also many of the things they say he is sensitive to, were things I glad fed him just prior to taking his hair. NOT AN ALLERGY TEST. .....

I think the worst part (for me) was having to wait almost a month but once the results got to the lab it was very fast that I received the results!
