Dear Customer and all valuable partners, We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify that myMozo serves as a technology partner for restaurants, providing seamless digital solutions. However, we do not manage restaurant operations directly. If a restaurant does not respond to inquiries or update their status with us, it is beyond our control. We always encourage both our restaurant partners and customers to contact us directly via our toll-free number for any assistance. Our team is readily available, and we ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly. If you need any further support, please feel free to reach out to us myMozo directly. We are here to help and assure you, you will get lead! Best regards, The myMozo Team

Dear Valuable Customers, We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify some important details. myMozo does not charge our restaurant partners under the basic package—our services, including updates and support, are completely free for them. The only fee we collect is a small convenience charge from customers who place online orders, which is a standard industry practice. Unlike other service providers, myMozo ensures that restaurants on our basic package receive free updates and support at all times. We are committed to providing transparent and cost-effective digital solutions for our partners. If you have any further questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Our team is always happy to assist! Best regards, The myMozo Team
