Get Service. Did a custom application for us and with the super support we were able to make changes to support our inventory sync with multiple marketplaces. The solution we came up with really helps in not overselling.

I’ve been using the Commercium platform to connect my WooCommerce store with marketplaces such as eBay, Kogan, and others, and I’ve had a really positive experience. The platform makes managing and connecting with different marketplaces much easier, and whenever I’ve needed help, the Commercium support team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive. So far, I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The service has been reliable and has made managing my marketplace connections much simpler. Highly recommended! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything on their end has been great. Commercium offers fantastic customer service and an excellent price point for the massive amount of marketplace connectors they provide. They truly make professional grade software highly accessible to businesses just starting out because of their fair pricing. I am only pausing my account due to a strategic shift in my own business, but I fully plan on using them again in the future when we scale up. My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a step by step video onboarding guide online. Highly recommend!

Excellent Support & Reliable Integrations We've had a great experience using Commercium for our eCommerce integrations. The platform has helped us connect WooCommerce with Zoho Inventory smoothly, and the team has been incredibly responsive whenever we needed assistance. What stands out the most is their customer support. They take the time to understand the issue, provide clear solutions, and follow up until everything is working correctly. Even when we had custom integration requirements, they were quick to help and ensured the implementation was successful. Overall, Commercium has saved us a lot of manual work and made our inventory and order management much more efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable integration platform with an excellent support team.
