I started practicing, in September 2021. I opened my own firm, in November 2022. I manage most everything, by myself. MyCase makes my work much easier. The interface is user friendly. The copious tutorials are super-helpful. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. Thank you MyCase!

The platform keeps changing for the better. So far, the price increases have been reasonable. They are very responsive to customer service. I really wish I could port my number into the texting function, it would allow me to communicate with my clients all at one.

Document Integration. I've been using the , i.e. "mycase desktop" for over two months now and it's very convenient. No more reminders about uploading or syncing else where. I even like it more than Dropbox, which there is an integration for, as the version tracking is right in MyCase, easy to find.

MyCase is the best case management software that our firm has ever used. During this trying time MyCase has allowed us to communicate with our clients using a variety of communication tools, i.e. email, text, calendar, and allowing them access to the information on their case through the portal. MyCase has cut the drastic number of telephone calls and walk-ins that our firm received daily. MyCase is everything that you need for case management in ONE place. The layout of the program, the ability to upload your own templates for use in all cases, and the ease of use of the program itself is amazing. Our firm is so happy with the purchase of MyCase.
