They recently sold the company and the people managing it now are total D heads. Horrible customer service. Totally rude and unhelpful. They are always out of items. They raised their wholesale limits. You guys really screwed up. Lost a great client.

Decent quality product, but nonexistent customer service. They charged me for USPS Priority shipping and then put my order on USPS Ground to HI (which is a boat that can take 4-6 weeks. They charged me for a service that they didn't provide and now I've been waiting over a month for my order... just so they could make an extra $2-$3 from my order.

I've been buying medicinal mushrooms from Mushroom Harvest for about 5 years. It's always been a good experience and the quality/potency of the powders is excellent. The website looks a little dated but it works fine. Recommended.
