So far so good! With the exception of only three settings I’m quite impressed with our new Muravai shower head.

Hi Robert, Glad to hear you’re enjoying it so far. Hope those settings grow on you with more use.
It performed as advertised. I wish it could be aimed downward more. The adjustable holder is limited So the spray is aimed at the rear of my tub.

It is ok, I wish it had more or at least one more setting.

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your input and will share your suggestion about more settings with our design team.
I wish there was more than only two modes. The strong mode is to rough for my daughter’s shower. The other mode is really spray misty so it wets up the hair when you don’t need to. Love the pressure washer feature when cleaning the shower👍🏿

Hi Tracy, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Happy to hear you liked the pressure washer feature, and we’ll keep your input about more modes in mind.
Its not bad. I like it. I just wish there was more options for the flow. Its really rough water or not enough. No in between. But over all I like it. Worth the price I guess.

The shipping of the showerheads took much longer than anticipated, and when the showerheads showed up, the packages were smashed, and the boxes were damaged because they were enclosed in a soft envelope. Luckily, none of the showerheads were broken. You should buy when the showerheads showed up, the packages were smashed, and the boxes were damaged because they were enclosed in a soft envelope. Luckily, none of the showerheads were broken. You should probably ship everything in boxes with protective insulation.ship everything in boxes with protective insulation. After I installed the two showerheads, one of the showerheads fit in one of my showers the other one the showerhead holder is not flexible enough to move the head so it's showering straight down. In a standard shower, it makes the showerhead spray to the back in the shower and gives you no room to step out of the way of the shower.

Thank you for your review and for pointing out the shipping and packaging issues. We’re sorry for the delays and for the condition the packages arrived in. We are already working on switching to sturdier packaging with protective insulation to prevent damage in transit. We also appreciate your feedback on showerhead fit, and we’ll take this into account for future improvements. If you need any assistance with adjustments, please feel free to reach us at [email protected]
One of the shower heads was cracked so it drips like crazy while in use. The water pressure is legit and as advertised. I’m not going through the trouble to send the cracked one back.
