Great customer service. had some issue with my server at 20:30 got a response with in couple of minutes.

Quick, easy to set up. No issues with joining, lag or playing. Would be a nice if you had a bit more information to what all the things do on the clanservers - server management

I had no real complaints. Service was good and stable and customer support was pretty prompt in replying to tickets and resolving issues.

What an awesome company. Didnt know much about setting up a server. For that they got Tutorial texts and videos. Still had a problem setting up my MC server: Contacted the support and, I kid you not, withing 20 min I got a response. They moved the server and offered to reinstall the modpack I was using EVEN dow I could only provide a download-link to the pack. Just pure awesomeness Now I need to look what other games I should host for at Multiplay Gameservers

While the interface takes some getting used to eventually it all makes sense. And the support is absolutely top notch. There’s other games I wish I could make servers for (Avorion), but I refuse to try out any other company that offers it.
