they were very unhelpful and stupid

So I ordered a 150 slot server on rust to host and I managed to fill it up in the first hour yet even though I paid for 150 player slots the server kept crashing due to a 'too many players' error!! This happened once the server reached around 140 players and kept happening non-stop crashes every 20 minutes for around 2 hours until I heard back from customer support but by this time I had already lost most of my players. Incredibly frustrating experience trying to explain to everyone why the server would constantly restart when everyone was trying to play. Very disappointed after paying for 150 slots and the server can't even handle 150 players that's called false advertising...

You keep shutting my sever down for whatever reason and tell me its my fault. Im not even on the sever and you take it down. Youve made it hard for one person to get on so why am i paying for 12. Ok so you say I’m running to many mods. Well in my opinion 12 mods isn’t to many I know people with severs running over 70 mods. So let’s say it is the mods then answer this. How can it run fine with 8 people on but can’t handle when only 1 is on? That sounds like something on your side is broken and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem and I was only running 6 mods back then on a different map. Ok you raised the figures for the sever now twice and still having the same problem. So I’m not sure what’s going on but whatever the problem is your ideas have yet to work. I’ve deleted used mods only using 33% of the hd space I’m allowed and from what I see 3% of the ram.

Had a server for one month and half the time it was either down or lagging. I had to submit multiple tickets to have the issues resolved and little to no effort was made on their behalf until I finally got someone who knew what they were doing.

How fitting is Multiplay's refund policy, "We can't offer a refund after 5 days". Well my problems started on day 6, having had 6 weeks of trouble with them I finally called it a day and moved server provider. In this time I lost significant player base which took a lot of my hard work to build up. The final straw was when my RUST server was down for a total of 26 hours to which the unhelpful condescending admins actually told me how to search for a Rust server in game. Unbelievable... They can not update servers to save their lives instead when the update goes wrong (which it always did) they blame someone else. The wait time for a ticket is over 3 hours to which you get a half arsed comment back to you, which might I add is completely utter dogs drool. I bet this comment will either get deleted or below they will reply with "Hello James, I am sorry blah blah blah" Enough is enough. DO NOT BUY from these (unless you want a crap game server which lags and is down for 40% of the time) Thanks

I rented a server for ark but from the moment I rented the server we were already having trouble. The game kept crashing every 30 mins. Now it says the server is online but we can't find it and when we do, we try to join it but it just sends us to another server. It's been 6 days and they haven't fixed anything. It takes them up to 2 days to answer you back. I would strongly advice you to look for another provider because this provider does not help their customers.

I purchased a server and was unable to connect to the host (then) and when I was the odd time I would be kicked after 30 seconds due to host connectivity. After 3 days and multiple emails later the server was still not working. Ive asked for my money back several times and they are now ignoring my emails. Wouldn't recommend this company. I've since purchased a nitrado server and it was up and running within 5 minutes and I've never been kicked from it.
