Amazing support. Really good and my issue was resolved within 12 hours. The issue being caused by myself.

I was looking for a game hosting company that could manage the game that I wanted them to host, and still allow me some hands-on experience with managing add-ons and whatnot. Multiplay Game servers have it setup where you can choose the addons that they've reviewed already and if you don't see what you need in their list, you can submit the addon for their review and add it right away. Their support is top notch, as I've managed to break my Rust server more than a few times, and each time they bail me out without unnecessary downtime. I would recommend this company to anyone that might be looking for a game host provider.

Support staff was amazing and patient with me and helped resolve my issue in a VERY timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a server. You actually get to speak with a real person and the to not make you feel like just another number. -very satisfied customer

Pretty out of all the servers I have, they would all be with these guys if they had all the games supported, hands down the best service

Hello, i have recently got myself a new server from Multiplay, and being relatively new to this sort of thing, i was not sure what to expect, i made a few mistakes here and there, and needed some help. from what i have experienced so far from customer support, it has been a real pleasure, really fast response, and very very helpful people :). i would totally recommend renting a server from them :D.
