well lets just say iv been with multiplay around 3 months at the point of this and missed a number of wipe days for rust due to updates taking forever then breaking my server and having to spend hours with support trying to solve them,also if you need a pluggin updating you have to ask them to do it not they watch and see when they update and do it themselves oh and a few plugins are hard to or impossible to run because you dont have access to all files just json files. Honestly if i could be bothered to try figure out how to get a gameservers.com server running i would go with them so at least you can update the server /plugins instantly and have access to all files.

The server kept going down unexpectedly and wouldn't restart correctly. In the end we gave up and stopped using it. The mumble server we continued to use (as we were paying for the server yearly) but eventually that started going down and wasn't ever up when we needed it. As a result we've moved to a different mumble provider and I'm hosting required game servers myself on my VPSes (not really designed for it).

The TS client is great. But the customization for channels and banners and leaving updates and comments for your member's and etc is horrible. Need to be able to add more flair and color. Instead of having to open window too window, find the file, and download a theame, than have too unzip the file, copy and paste it. It should be more easy as adding a theme to your google home browser. And how about the abilitu to add some music too channel's and etc.

No phone support like multiplay used to this really let you down

So i got a voice server first with multiplay, can't fault that. After having the for a month or so i decided lets give one of their game servers a go as the clanforge control panel they had sounded good, boy was that a mistake. Half the features dont even work. they give no access to ftp and the database files, yes they allow you to download the files but then you need to hunt around and find a program that will allow you to access them. Customer service wise, They are slow to update servers, and dont allow people to manually run update commands with rust at least, thios causes hold ups and players unable to join ya server due to their incompatance to do anything right. I opened a ticket about the clanforge issues i faced, asked for details on when i can expect it to be fixed and so on and i just get fobbed of with no real answers as to when it will be resolved when i hear from other friends who also have servers of their own running that their hosts have working web base control panels and things like ftp and database access. Also they allow for the customer to update the server when any update has been release, which in rust is every week and having ones server updated quickly is something that is a must have. Overall i dont rate these guys very highly, yes they know how to run a lan party given the i events over the years but running a decent games server is something i feel they have a lot of work to do on.

No backup of server possibilities. Poor control. Not reliable. (My server was suddenly reset and as mentioned. there is NO Backups. Ever... Password reset of Multiplay account works when it wants to. I don't understand why they even offer TS3 servers to be completely honest.
