good and fast service

Las gafas con muy buena presentacion y funcionan muy bien , a la unidad aerea ocusync , solo hasta ahora le veo un problema y es que en el primer vuelo con las antenas de mayor ganancia , solo cosegui alejarme 400 mts y ya perdia la señal , lo cual me tiene muy triste . De otro lado la mayoria de grabaciones en las gafas y en la unidad aerea se han dañado .

Everything was great except for the part that said free shipping, but I still had to pay...called the number and was told that they will get back to me on the refund for the shipping, but no one called and got no refund.

I have had no real complaints with Multicopter Warehouse. If I were being nit-picky, I would say that the shipping sot on one of my purchases was a bit high. Orderd a small part that cost roughly $25 and weighed less than a pound, expedited shipping cost as much as the part. I will say that they ship very quickly, have yet had the need to communicate with them directly. Will, and have continued doing business with them...

Easy to order from . Would be nice if they did trade ins and sold refurbished equipment . I would bye again from them

staff was very friendly and helpful order online was very easy also had an issue with by battery and I was helped. very good customer service

Service was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of extra steps we needed to do like sign a credit card waiver and scan and fax back for $1500 purchase.
