I purchased the 1314 UV printer, and it has been a deeply regretful investment. After the company received my payment, they clearly downgraded the part quality. The machine arrived with low-quality, rusted guide rails. Furthermore, their customer support is completely useless. The engineering team lacks basic technical knowledge, and the lead engineer, Thompson, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, it is obvious that the reviews on their website are completely fake. Dealing with this company has been a massive headache. Save your money and stay away!

I bought the UV 360 printer in SEPTEMBER 2025! It is now MAY 2026 and I still haven’t been able to use my printer successfully. I spent 35k+ on the machine ALONE. Customer service sucks! DEEPLY regretful of my purchase. The machine does not work properly. A migraine it has been dealing with this company. The reviews on their site are not real you can’t even see them.

Shocking company to deal with, machine didnt work they wouldnt help with remote to solve the issue, never got back when needed help in 1 years maintenance support. A knightmare to deal with them.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with MTuTech. Their machines are built to an exceptional standard – reliable, efficient, and ideal for professional use. What really sets them apart, though, is their outstanding team. From the very first enquiry to after-sales support, their staff have been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that combines cutting-edge technology with such strong customer service. Highly recommended.

Bad Customer Service, Rude Staff, Not had a great experience.
