Booked IELTS test but doors to venue were shut
⭐ Booked IELTS test but could not access the venue - refund refused Our experience with MTS Global has been extremely disappointing. We booked an IELTS test for a Saturday morning and arrived at the advertised venue as scheduled. However, the doors were locked, and nobody answered when we buzzed the intercom. We spent approximately 20 minutes knocking on the door and also tried calling the telephone number advertised on the company’s website and Google. Unfortunately, nobody responded. We later submitted a complaint and provided video evidence of our presence at the entrance, including footage of us attempting to use the intercom. We also supplied evidence of our attempts to contact the advertised telephone number. Despite this evidence, MTS Global has refused to refund our booking fee. We find this response extremely disappointing and feel that our concerns have not been properly addressed. We paid for a service, turned up as instructed, and made every reasonable effort to gain entry. The lack of assistance on the day and the refusal to provide a refund have left us feeling completely let down. MTS Global needs to take greater responsibility for its customers and provide a fair and transparent complaints process. Based on our experience, we would advise prospective customers to exercise caution before booking.
