Great workouts for anyone with Multiple Sclerosis…
I subscribed to this workout program several years ago, and while I have struggled to use it consistently (it's a me problem-I hate working out), the community has been a tremendous encouragement to me and are quick to respond to any problems I've had or need to modify my workout sessions. It's especially helpful when I don't have the time or money to go to physical therapy because it provides support for a much lower cost and I've had even better results than when I've done in-person PT.
