Overall Poor Management
**Followed proper protocal was followed by contacting rental agency, who in turn contacted Market South Management with issues of concern thoughout 2 yrs of residing at Montgomery Station Townhomes. Everything is SLOW-getting a estimate to NO RESPONSE ***Pictures were also provided when appropriate. Since living here as a "renter" I've had to deal with copperhead snakes and rats due to overgrown brushes/debris directly behind unit wooden gate, requiring a call to city sanitation workers to elevate problem-after 2 yrs area STILL has not been cleaned up. There's also a lack of constant grounds maintenance being done despite owners paying HOA fees (cutting hedges, shrubbery, etc.) Not to mention, loud music and other disturbances throughout the night.
