It's really the support that makes the biggest difference. There are a lot of free CRM systems out there, but getting started, getting your stuff into the system, and getting productive is so much easier with great support.

We use MRSWare for collaboration for our school staff. Able to be customized and help keep track of our students, parent communications and organize our files. Support is responsive and we stay on track.

We have been using this software for many years, in fact, prior to the company hosting a cloud version of their program. Although we have preferred the non-cloud version of the program, we use the program every day in tracking, orders, commissions, sales history and much more. Whenever there has been any issue with the program, the company has been very responsive in solving it quickly. I would recommend this for a rep firm looking to track their business.
