I bought this product in January 2017. I've been trying to find this type of phone for a while. It's everything I expected and more.

I received the phone in good timing and looking great. However, the local phone company could not switch my old sims card over from my old Pantech to my new Pantech. It fit into the phone but I couldn't get my contacts or messages to show. Maybe if I had gone back to AT&T...nah! They cost too much.

Very pleased with the product and the price.

Very satisfied with the device, price, timeliness and customer support. The only thing that could have improved the experience is a bit more information provided on what setting was required to have it connect to my providers network. One phone call fixed this and I received prompt assistance. Overall very satisfied.

I bought a Samsung Rugby 2 and the charger port was broken. They sent me a replacement Rugby 2 within a day or two for free. Great service.
