Best business decision!
We recently transitioned to MassPay for their payroll services, iSolve platform, and HR generalist services - and the transition has far exceeded our expectations. From the initial point of contact, through the transition with an implementation specialist, and now with our daily point person, we have been blown away by the responsiveness, positivity, and expertise of everyone on their team. They have elevated our ability to better serve our employees and has led informative webinars on how to manage through the pandemic. I am grateful to have them on our team, and this transition is one of the best business decisions I have made in my career. I would like to specifically shout out Lisa and Amanda for being incredible thought partners and helping us improve our HR policies and practices! You are both truly rock stars in the HR realm!
