Moz customer service is next to none. They are the exceptional. Their customers aren't just dollar signs to them they truly seek to understand and help.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from your team regarding my recent subscription issue. I initially contacted you about a renewal that I believed I had cancelled. Your prompt and efficient handling of the situation, including processing the refund, was greatly appreciated. It was a relief to see such responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you once again for resolving this matter swiftly. I look forward to potentially working with SEO Moz again in the future.

I'm not a tech guy but I knew how to update my business on Google and Facebook. Learning that there were so many more was a bit overwhelming. Not something everyone thinks of when opening a business with everything else going on. Luckily, I came across Moz when trying to check my online presence and after some research I went with Moz local. It has been very easy to use and I love the fact that I can schedule posts with their calendar. There are a ton of other features I'm still checking out and plan to use as well. Overall I'm very happy with the experience so far.

I received a prompt response, and the issue was handled efficiently.
