Moving out of a third-floor walkup with a bad knee. Not my best decision. Told Casey's Moving about it when they arrived. They just nodded and told me to sit on the steps and point. Didn't make me feel old or useless. Appreciate that more than they know.

The new place had no lights installed yet. Just bare bulbs hanging. Casey's Moving worked in dim lighting all afternoon. Didn't drop anything. Didn't complain.
